Yin Yang Yoga

  • 1h15 of Yoga, starting with a sequence of dynamic movements synchronized to the breath (Vinyasa Flow) followed by poses held for 3-5 minutes, mainly in a lying down or seated position (Yin).
  • The aim is to increase body cleansing and improve flexibility.

Yoga in mauritius - classes with Patricia Tschopp

Patricia became a yoga teacher in May 2017 at the age of 50 from the School of Sacred Art in Bali. Since then, she facilitate weekly sessions in different studios in Mauritius. Fully passionate, she continued her education in Yin and Therapeutic yoga in Bali and attended several courses in Europe. Very intuitive and constantly on the move, Patricia surprises her students with personalized attentions. She has now create her own studio in Mauritius and welcome you in her peaceful home by the beach. She teaches in English and French.
